NDIS Capacity Building Support for Women
Practical, skills-based telehealth support for women who are NDIS participants and are self-managed or plan-managed. Sessions are client-centred, strengths-based and solution-focused, and aligned with your NDIS goals.

Service options (telehealth only)
Choose the option that fits what you need right now. Counselling and movement-based support are offered as separate capacity-building services and may be accessed individually or together.
Capacity-Building Counselling (Telehealth)
A calm, structured counselling space focused on practical skills for emotional wellbeing, regulation, confidence, insight, daily living, and participation — aligned with your NDIS goals.
- Client-centred, strengths-based, solution-focused
- Trauma-aware, paced, and choice-led
- Suitable for anxiety, low mood, burnout, overwhelm, life transitions, trauma impacts
Session format: 45-minute telehealth session (stand-alone service).
Movement-Based Capacity Building (Telehealth)
Gentle, guided movement-based support using exercise as a tool for regulation, confidence, routine-building, body awareness, and participation — never performance-focused.
- Not personal training and not prescriptive
- Adaptable, paced, and choice-led
- Designed for women who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsafe in traditional fitness spaces
Session format: 45-minute telehealth session (can be accessed independently of counselling).
Combined Support (two separate sessions)
You may choose to combine Capacity-Building Counselling and Movement-Based Capacity Building. These are delivered as two distinct services — not a blended session.
- 45 minutes counselling + 45 minutes movement-based support
- Back-to-back on the same day or on different days within the same week
- Each session is timed and billed separately
Key clarity: counselling and movement are not delivered simultaneously.
How it works
1) Quick suitability check
Confirm self/plan-managed, your goals, and the best service option to start.
2) Start with a short block (optional)
Many women start with 4–6 sessions and review progress. This is flexible and choice-led.
3) Notes + optional liaison
Brief progress notes aligned to goals. With consent, liaison with plan manager/coordinator.
4) Review & next steps
Continue, pause, or transition supports depending on what’s working for you.
Billing (self/plan-managed)
Plan-managed: invoices are sent to your plan manager.
Self-managed: invoices are sent to you directly.
Sessions are typically billed after delivery, per session.
(You can add your final fee information here if you choose, or keep fees off the site.)
FAQs
Do you work with NDIA-managed plans?
This page is for participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. NDIA-managed plans usually require a registered NDIS provider.
Is this “mental health support worker” support?
No. These sessions are delivered as professional capacity-building support (skills and strategies) aligned to goals, via telehealth only.
Can I do movement sessions without counselling?
Yes. Movement-based capacity building can be accessed independently, depending on your goals and preferences.
Are counselling and movement done together in one session?
No. They are offered as two separate services, each timed and billed separately. You can do them back-to-back or on different days.
Is telehealth private?
Telehealth requires a private space at your end. We’ll also confirm privacy and emergency details before starting.
